A small Parergon to the Bülow editions:

Previous to Schnabel v. Bülow very often used this "device" to force a specific articulation resp. phrasing:
Play two adjacent notes using one and the same finger.

op.67,1 Im Zwielicht
op.67,2 Waldfriede
op.68,1 Liebesliedchen
op.68,2 Scherzo
op.68,3 Zum Andenken
op.71,1 Scherzino
op.71,2 Murmelndes Bächlein
op.71,3 Spinnrädchen

There are two problems when doing business with the SBB:
First is you have to be extremely patient. I ordered a couple of scores (copies) more than two months ago via interlibrary loan and am still waiting to get a message let alone the copies.
Second they strictly stick to the copyright terms which is especially unfavorable for german customers.

You are right for the time delay (which makes extremely "thrilling" the expectation of those rare scores). As for the copyright, I believe it's not so severe as British library's one, and in any case I think it's only a matter of formal declaration. Keep in mind that the scores digitized by them are made availbale thru their own site, and have been uploaded here or at IMSLP without any problem.
