Dear alfor,
I must thank you again for some wonderful posts. I am particularly pleased to have your superb scans of the Vladigerov volumes.I have had copies of most of this music for many years that I got from a concert pianist in Bulgaria. The copies he sent were fairly good, but it is a pleasure to be able to read from your copies, which are much clearer, and there were some pieces I did not have.
Again, Many thanks. Your contributions to Pianophilia are a part of the day I look forward to, every day.

Dear Alfor

Your posting of the Vladigerov volumes has been quite stupendous, and no doubt very difficult to scan, and I would like to especially thank you for the time and effort these must have taken. You have helped to fill some gaps in my own collection, but it is also lovely to have such clean and well presented scans. The members of PP are much indebted to you, none more so than me. So thank you for sharing these with us........I am truly grateful to you.

Anatole LIADOV
Variations sur un theme de Glinka op. 35 (from original Belaieff edition)
Liadov Glinka Var. op.35.pdf
An amiable theme (observe the good-bye wawing at the end), much Chopin influence; pianistically excellent!
Many of L.'s compositions are veritable - but neglected - masterworks!
This is only for "scorophiliacs" - others may prefer to buy the cheap Konemann edition.
