Piano Transcriptions for two hands

I have been looking for this particular transcription since hearing it on Ronald Stevenson's "Transcendental Transcription" disc several years ago. Thanks to a wonderful InterLibrary Loan program, I was able to finally get my hands on a copy. This transcription is the second piece from Series II of Alkan's 'Souvenirs des concerts du Conservatoire'.

Newly uploaded to IMSLP is Reinecke's Piano Concerto No.2 in E minor Op120
in piano solo form, i.e. with the orchestral part in small notes. Very nice!

Hi! Do you know where I could find any piano solo transcriptions of the Symphonic Poems by Dvorak or any other piano solo transcription of his works, other than those listed on imslp?

Good question! Off the top of my head, these are some
of his works which have been either wholly or partially
transcribed for piano solo:-
Opp. 33, 39 ,45, 46, 55, 59, 60, 72, 76, 88, 92, 95, & 98.
One or two of these aren't easy to find, and there may
be others I've overlooked.
I'd also love to see some of his orchestral music and
chamber music in 2H form (especially opp. 66, 78, & 96),
but 4H and/or 2P may be the closest thing one will get to
piano versions of these great works.

Great Timtin I see you are also interested in Dvorak! Thanks for all the info! Maybe someone knows whether the works you'd like or his symphonic poems have been transcripted for piano 2H or 4H!

I'm a big fan of his. My little list forgot to include Op.22
but did include Op.98, which strictly speaking isn't a
transcription, as the piano version was written first.

This week sees Nicholas Daniel's Leicester International
Music Festival, with various Czech chamber works on offer
including Dvorak, though it's not clear if any other PP members
apart from me live in the East Midlands of England (an area
which has become very barren for classical music events in
recent years, sad to say).

I'm also a great fan of Dvorak! You are very lucky to have such an opportunity! Here in Greece classical music is highly underestimated...
