looks relatively familiar :-)
Although I don't know the composer,
it could've been published by Papageno Musikalienverlag,
who published Gulda's works as well.

I found this “one page” ; maybe it is part of an album about ”children pieces” .

I will appreciate the name of the composer and the index…or the complete piano score!

Attached is one page of a piano score, I request the composer's name is and the op.1-1- is "etude"?.
