To answer your question only aware of No. 2 being recorded. I would suspect the scores would be held by a German library......I vaguely remember the original CD of the 2nd concerto mentioning that they remained in manuscript.

First performance was in 2004 according to this article:

Someone must have prepared materials and hopefully they recorded it.
