Thank you, you are too kind ! Polona is full of little gems and nuggets!

And, you may notice that this is indeed the famous tarantella that is more often cited as 'Tarantella Napoletana,' with no author mentioned. I believe that Ricci is the original author of this tune, though it may have been borrowed from the local music of the region.

Can anyone provide works by Franco Alfano?

I've been listening to his Op.8 Danses napolitaines (1899), I really like it.

There's only a few scores on imslp.
