Dear Kroket and Ilu, thank you both for your generous comments.
There was, indeed, a lot of work involved. That particular 2h transcription
(the first one ever?) took over a week to do. Personally, I prefer this
'Nachtmusik' Serenade to the more famous K525, for which several 2h
transcriptions exist, of course.
Here is another recent arrangement, with 4 bars added right at the end,
to give the movt. a conclusive ending. The original flows straight into the
following movt.

Here is his 2H arrangement of the third Piano Trio by Brahms, Op. 101.
The scan could use some 'white-washing'.
