here is the autograph of this sweet little piece. It's the part of a big convulut owned by the Staatsbibliothek Berlin.

Re: Women Composers
I've been working with musescore, here's the result. The problem is that the manuscript is almost 200 years old, so sometimes I used my imagination, well, my ear, but I did my best

Re: Women Composers
Thank you!
Given the somewhat smaller keys of the pianos, I am quite sure that the composer
throughout (apart from a couple of bars) used the fingering 2-3-4-3-2 for the triplets.

If I hold the highest white note I can't use that fingering, I have to go for 2-1-3-1-2alfor wrote:Thank you!

Measure 20 - fourth triplet should be E not F
Last measure - top note of right hand should be C not D
And indeed some very tricky fingering. Fanny must have had thinner fingers than me.
But a very sweet piece. Makes for a nice exercise too.

I observe a slight superficial resemblance to the Prelude in B minor (Bach / Siloti).

You are absolutely right, thank you for pointing it out. Have you seen the last revision, or just the first one I posted the other day?alfor wrote:
