Two additions to the Czerny collection appeared yesterday at IMSLP: 20 Rondinos nach beliebten Motiven, Op.844 (Czerny, Carl), Heft 3 and 4 (for 4 hands), unfortunately not the first two parts ...

This includes the exquisite Romance in E, No.16 (labeled No.13 on Martin Jones' Czerny Sonatas, vol.3) that Caprotti so kindly posted for us a while ago.

Hi Aprosdoketon,
Only 353 measures to go...
Would be great to have a readable score of this work,
so I hope you will continue. Good luck!

I'll try to go ahead, and studying it as I proceed... surely a rather slow task!

found on the Net. No idea.
A crazy suggestion: could it be Katsaris? The rather hurried handwriting is similar to K's annotations on his videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ir1G0RyWZfg

The new scores are interesting, but a couple are of very difficult identification.

1) The Prelude and fugue is Bach's BWV 548, but not in the transcription by Liszt, and I was not aware of a possible transcription by Czerny

2) The Fantasy is upon three themes: the first is the austrian hymn, the second the Lied "An Chloe" by Mozart, the third I don't remember. In any case I couldn't find the opus number (supposing that this is Czerny)

3) The Variations are op.12

Any idea ?
