Who exactly is Alfor?
He doesn't have to answer if he wishes his privacy, but I'm just curious of his musical background.
Among other things alfor is a musician (studied piano with Conrad Hansen ---- which has in some way "spoiled" him for mediocre, insensitive pianism ). Please be patient - more to be revealed in due course.
Best regards, Alfor S. Cans
Music is a higher revelation than wisdom and philosophy (Beethoven)

You will see under Alfor's name "Pianodeity", and that barely expresses the reverence we have for him here.

This much I understand. I just like to know a little about the God's I am told to worship, that's all.
I do stand in awe of his collection of sheet music. That's a given. Just has me curious now that he has the "audacity" to re-finger
Rachmaninoff!
Close inspection of Alfor's fingering suggestions reveal that the most "radical" departure from Rachmaninoff's fingering is the use of the thumb on black keys in passage work--a slightly "modern" innovation. Adding fingering where none is shown is certainly a welcome enhancement.
