Here's a Prelude in E-Flat by Raymond Chanoine-Davranches from BNF. Any information on him out there? I see that Cecile Chaminade dedicated two songs to him.

Never heard of him. It seems that he was a "local" composer who stayed his whole life in his city of Rouen. Most of his works can be found at the municipal library of Rouen, often in manuscript form :

Gallica seems to ignore even his life dates, but Rouen Library indicates [1885-1961?].
