Possibly the "Romance" is Karneval III. On top of the page you can see that these pieces have been published at different times as parts of an extended anthology named "novi akordi".

I really like the Prochazka Karneval series. Never mind the numerical confusion, these are nice pieces and Prochazka writes well for the piano. Thanks for posting, Alfred.

Alfred, I really do like the Skerjanc 12 Varijacij - it works rather well. :D
