Thank you so much for the Eiges, Malcolm. There's a great number of pieces by him I was looking forward to see, and it's really wonderful they're finally getting out there for everyone to play. I can't wait for the rest of the pieces, and also I'm curious to hear the recordings by Isokani.

Happy New year and Best Regards.

More Konstantin Eiges works posted on the Eiges thread on the previous page: these are Op 5, Op 23, Op 24, Op 25 & Op 35. Alas I am missing Op 22.

The remaining Eiges I will post tomorrow [pending further technical hitches] !

Here's some links to a whole heap of free scores by Uzbek composers Sovet (Sergei), Anatoly, and Dmitry Varelas (three generations of composers), discovered after finding an earlier edition of Anatoly's suite for string quartet. There's a whole lot of interesting work to be found here. Sovet's pieces are scans of state-published scores from Tashkent:

Sovet (Sergei) VARELAS
http://www.varelas.net/sergey/download.htm (including one large album of piano pieces, several song books, a string quartet, and an opera)

Anatoly VARELAS
http://www.varelas.net/anatoly/work.htm (lots of violin/piano pieces, but also piano solo works, songs, and large-scale works)

Dmitry VARELAS
http://www.varelas.net/dmitry/download.htm (lots of wind/piano works and Telemann arrangements for flute, but some piano stuff also)
