I'm assuming, by the examples given, the question means "only" two.
Shostakovitch immediately came to mind for me (though some could argue the first concerto was for Piano and Trumpet).
Then Einar Englund would be the other one I know of, without having to do some research.
Those with a question mark: I am not 100% certain.
And I assume this is solo piano with orchestra or sufficient instruments to qualify for the genre implied.
There might be some dispute with some modern composers who wrote in this genre without specifying such a title.

Thank you all for the information so far. I know Thal's knowledge of piano concertos is bigger
than Wembley Stadium, and Rob's knowledge of modern music is bigger than the O2 Arena,
so all I can do is stand back and admire!
