Great pieces Alfor. Do you think you are able to find agababov sonata 1 and 2? It would be awesome.

Thank you Alfred for the Kalnin......rare music indeed. JP is currently away on tour in Ukraine and Eastern Europe so not sure when he'll see these [but sure he'll be pleased nonetheless].

An excellent find........I am grateful to you.

Thanks alfor for the Gruenberg. Do you happen to have his Jazz Masks? I am looking for the one based on Chopin's Waltz, Op. 64 No. 2. I already have the one based on the Nocturne, Op. 9 No. 2.

Karel MENGELBERG (nephew of Willem)
Seven pieces for children (1925)
Mengelberg 7 pieces for children.pdf
Reinhold GLIERE
Morceaux op. 26/2,4,6, op. 21/2 Joie
A bit outdated and a touch academic, compared with Scriabin et al.,
but nevertheless of a solid musical and technical quality

best regards to SIR Malcolm (Unmögliches wird sofort erledigt - nur Wunder dauern etwas länger):

Johann Ludwig TREPULKA
op. 2 Klavierstücke mit Überschriften nach Worten von Nicolaus Lenau (ps600***)
Austrian composer, pupil of Hauer, whom he is trying to imitate here.
Born in 1903, lost without trace in 1945.
Somewhat naive archaic style, but nevertheless with expressive qualities.
Trepulka Klavierstücke op.2.pdf
Emil AXMAN (czech composer, 1887 - 1949)
II. Sonata (a la memoire d'un grand homme, 1922) ps600***
Axman II. Sonata.pdf
***precision scan 600dpi
