Here's a sizable set of preludes from a fairly busy piano composer who studied at the Tashkent Conservatory under Gliere and went on the work for the state publishing house. Biographical details are available at:

Alfor has previously posted a collection containing his Scherzo-Impromptu. A piece entitled Poem is included in volume 7 of the 'Concert Pieces by Soviet Composers' series from the 1970s, along with works by Prokofiev, Kabalevsky, Yury Alexandrov, Frid, Mynov, and Vitachek. This volume has not yet been shared here. It is stored in the following libraries:

There is also a volume of concert etudes (op. 21, 46 pg.) from 1981.

Many, many volumes of these were published in the USSR, oftentimes focusing on the prominent composers from this or that nationality (Buryat, Bashkir, Turkmen, Yakut are amongst the ones I've seen) or one region of the Soviet territory, as is the case here.
