Here are some Tagliapietra studies which I don't think have been around before.
Tagliapietra Tre Studi Speciale.pdf
Sorry the quality is not as good as it could be - it's the first attempt with a new scanner at work, which I've not quite mastered!

Mike, thanks for the Tagliapietra studies. That 3rd one is really challenging, as if the 3rd weren't enough, add in the crossed hands.

Seconded!

Some more Tagliapietra (quite reminiscent of his master Busoni!)

More Tagliapietra (not on imslp!) see the respective threads.

Dear etude enthusiasts.

I have recently requested the two following sets of studies by Léon Kreutzer from the BNF, which have now been digitised.

If anyone is interested, just click the link and download/'télécharger' the music.

I got much more than I actually asked for in the tome called 'Six études de premier force' as there is also a sonata, a minuet, a Romance sans Paroles, a Romance for violin and piano and other pieces in the set, which are useful to have, for posterity if nothing else.

Enjoy!

Thank you, 4candles, for locating the Kreutzer etudes for us. There is a vast amount of material here and a lot of it pretty challenging. A very worthwhile find.

I'm sure everyone has Stephen Heller's Studies in other editions - if not check IMSLP.
Here comes the first bunch of a re-edition, published by the London based editor Ashdown & Parry and praised as "New Edition - Thoroughly revised & partly rewritten". The scores are not dated, but I think ~1880 would fit.
I have and will post 13 of the 15 volumes.

Vol. 1 & 2 = op.047 - 25 etudes pour former au sentiment (I don't have Vol.3, the remaining etudes from opus 47)

Thank you very much for these Heller works. They are very interesting.
Looking forward to the rest of the volumes.
