Aram Khachaturjan part volumes from full edition

One local bookseller let me know. He got 13 volumes from full edition by Aram Khachaturian.
(actually, he is dealing with books, but sometimes...)

For my question: where are other volumes, he told me- may be they will appear later.
It`s part of some small local library, possibly closed.
All volumes are in very good conditions (never used ))
