Brisbane - Archives Fine Books (along Charlotte Street).
Not a music shop per se, but a big second hand bookstore with a respectable collection of used music scores.

Can vouch for Da Capo. Visited their store in Sydney, and have been ordering from them regularly online from outside Australia. Good service, and no problems encountered.

Many antique shops in quaint little towns do carry small collections of second hand scores in Australia. Have bought scores from the antiques shops in Hahnsdorf, Port Fairy, Katoomba, etc.
Mr Pickwick Fine Books in Katoomba (Blue Mountains in NSW) carry a respectable collection.

I have yet to find a good source of second hand scores in Melbourne. Perhaps someone resident there can recommend?
