Dear friends,
I have thought long and hard on this whether it should be in the organ discussion or sound and vision, perhaps both is the right answer.
Anyway at http://www.orgelconcerten.ncrv.nl the Dutch radio have uploaded recordings from the radio dating back to the '50's including Demessieux, Dupre and all the Dutch greats of the day. I haven't been able to download any of them but someone may know of a programme that can succeed where I didn't.
happy listening in any case
Brian

You are right caprotti, try http://orgelconcerten.ncrv.nl/ instead which the error page suggests, that seems to work.
Sorry for the mistake
regards
Brian

Ok. For recording you should use a sw like Audition (or the free Audacity) choosing the internal sound card of your pc as a recording device. This choice is not always very easy, since the denomination of that device is not unique.

Dear Brian,

If you use Firefox, you can download the free add on "Downloadhelper"... the files are easily downloaded with this. The file that comes up is a .bvi file which you can play with vlc player. For example... here is a Demessieux I downloaded:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LZ22D58X

Sorry... for some absurd reason I named the file incorrectly. It should be "Te Deum".

Regards,
Parag
