Further to your bed piano, I noticed this at the Brookly Museum site. So such a piano was actually made, it appears you could really use it as a bed!

Looks a little bit like medieval sizes - a little short. But lying on this instrument bed you'll be on the best imaginable place to practice Nocturnes, Berceuses, and more pieces of that kind after Gieseking's method: Reading the score, learning by heart, and so on.

Please don't snore too loud.
