Thanks for the 2nd Concerto!
There is a recording of the 4th concerto played by the composer himself on ebay.
I assume the recording of the 5th concerto, played by the composer was under the melodiya label. Conducted by Svetlanov.

Thanks again !,

Tony

The 2nd concerto is exquisite. From this 2nd concerto, the whole "vladigerovian" thing starts to come out.
This concerto is already very different from the 1st concerto.
After all, the 3rd concerto is technically the easiest of the 5 concertos.

And finally a recording of Vladigerov's 5th Piano Concerto in D major Op 58:

I've located the elusive recordings of Vladigerov's 4th and 5th Piano Concertos played by the composer with the great Russian conductors Rahklin and Svetlanov. Let me know if these have been posted. If so, I'll remove this.

I have to add, that even the orchestral performance here is better.
Is this a premier? And the composer himself plays so much better, totally the thing i want to hear.
Mind blasting...

I don't know the dates of recordings; can't say definitively if they are premieres, but more than likely they are.
