Yes, Symphonies 2 & 4 are available at the New York Philharmonic Archive and viewable online:
http://archives.nyphil.org
It appears that the NYP archive is being mined out and put on IMSLP. The Alfven scores may well appear there in the future already PDFed, saving you some work.

Greetings!
This thread doesn't seem to be very active. Let us change that!
Some orchestral scores by Finnish composer Väinö Raitio may be found (in manuscript form) on this page:
https://www.doria.fi/handle/10024/120790

He was earlier in his life heavily influenced by Scriabin (which is not a bad thing), but became more moderate later on.
Note that there are also some piano scores on the same page.

I'm glad to see that someone has a use for the link, as Raitio is usually placed in the "composers-that-are-not-terribly-well-known" category. He wrote some good stuff!

Is there any (MIDI or real) recording of sketches of Grieg's

1) Second Symphony (that should have been called "I foraar" that is "In Spring")
2) Violin concerto?

Or perhaps did anyone realized either complete job using those fragments as it happened for Piano Concerto #2 or Quintet Movement?

Thanks
