Are there any Alfven symphony scores floating around?

Yes, Symphonies 2 & 4 are available at the New York Philharmonic Archive and viewable online:
http://archives.nyphil.org

It appears that the NYP archive is being mined out and put on IMSLP. The Alfven scores may well appear there in the future already PDFed, saving you some work.

Some orchestral scores by Finnish composer Väinö Raitio may be found (in manuscript form) on this page:

He was earlier in his life heavily influenced by Scriabin (which is not a bad thing), but became more moderate later on.

I'm glad to see that someone has a use for the link, as Raitio is usually placed in the "composers-that-are-not-terribly-well-known" category. He wrote some good stuff!
