I suggest you email Jim Farrington at Sibley. One of the scores is now withdrawn because it was a duplicate. I suspect they suspended both scores whilst they worked out what to do! And have forgotten to release the remaining score...

Would anyone have the transcriptions by Roger Smalley of Ch-V Alkan's 'Benedictus', Op. 54 and 'Impromptu sur le choral de Luther...', Op. 69? Perhaps they are under copyright? (I have very little knowledge about copyright issues)...
