Re: Alfor's Rarities
I opened the file with all 13 pages present so i suggest, fleubis, that you re-download it again. I often have to do this when I realise that the download was just too quick for the size of the file, I expect the same has happened to you on occasion.alfor wrote:I tried a download myself and the Ambrosius proved to be complete!!fleubis wrote:The Ambrerosius piece doesn't seem to be all there, only got one page.
Thanks for the continuing supply of interesting music alfor, greatly appreciated.
regards

I tried again today on the Ambrerosius piece and it's all there. Guess something hiccuped at my end. Sure is a charming little suite.

Re: Alfor's Rarities
This Bronsart concerto is absolutely lovely! Highly pianistic and very effective use of trills. I can't get that theme from the last movement out of my head. You can find Michael Ponti (whom I've not heard from in years) play this concerto on YouTube. Thanks, Alfor!alfor wrote:Concert für Pianoforte mit Begleitung des Orchester

Re: Alfor's Rarities
Thanks alfor! That's a new one.
So far we've had Gyorgy Sandor, Victor Staub and Lucien Garban versions.
And Paul Dukas isn't obscure. Remember Disney's Fantasia and Mickey as the Sorcerer's Appretince
