Szymanowski Prelude cis-moll

Does anyone knows how to obtain the score of a Prelude in c sharp minor by Szymanowski? It is not the prelude from the Prelude and fugue in c sharp minor, and is not part of his 8 Preludes Op. 1. It is a separate prelude, supposedly composed around 1899-1900.
Here is a you tube link:
It was rediscovered in 1996 amongst the papers of Leon Chojecki, editor of the Warsaw musical monthly 'Meloman' and published in 1997 by Wladislaw Malinowski. I can't find any trace of this publication or any reprint. Thanks for the help.

Kroket - I have a copy. Send me an email to: malcolm.ballan@gmail.com and I will forward you a copy. As it was a relatively new publication I can not post on PP.

Hello all, hope all is going well!

Does anybody know where I may be able to find Op. 2, 3, 4 and 16 of Julian Fontana's works?

I have every opus 1-21 excluding these and there seems to be no record of them online.

Help would be appreciated!

Is the A la Masurka on IMSLP the Op.4?
Regardless, the file is an insanely large file scan of the manuscript with its cover and many blank pages, which I have cropped down to the necessary 2pp

Bingo - the A la mazurka is a non-opus work - I believe Fontana's earliest piece, and believe it only exists in manuscript.

Of the listed missing works, they are:

Op 3 'Le reine de Chypre' Morceau de salon

Op 4 'Fantasie sur le Duc d'Olone'

Op 16 Deuxime Fantasie Brillante sur des motifs de 'La Somnanbule' de Bellini

I have a lot of Fontana's music but have not come across any of these pieces.

I found this transcription of his Al A Mazurka if anybody is interested.

Also I misspoke, I do not have his Op. 19 and 20 either, I am also curious if there are more works past his Op. 21.

Thank you
