As promised some weeks back - the 5th volume in the Educational Series of Russian Music (never quite understood why this volume was always so elusive compared to the other volumes).

Thank you very much for the answer regarding Igor Shamo's music, Malcolm.
Nice ideas there, I will try to reach out to the pianist.

Hi all.

Is there, by any chance, a proud owner of A. Tcherepnine's "8 Preludes, op.9"?

Many thanks in advance!

A. Tcherepnin - 10 Etudes, Op.18

Many thanks in advance.

At the request of a fellow PPer - nos. 3 & 4 of Lazare Saminsky's Op.17. Created from screenshots obtained from a YouTube video - quality not the best but readable. Nos. 1 & 2 available on IMSLP, no.2 also available on PP. Fantastic music here.

This might be interesting. I found the first page of Medtner's Sonata in F-sharp minor in the book 'Medtner: His Life and His Music'. Just imagine seeing the full score...
