I wish I could be of some help here--both of your listings show these being held at the University of Toronto--I've never had good luck in trying to interlibrary loan items from other countries for USA delivery. Perhaps we have a member close to a copy.

Using alternate spellings for the authors I've found listings for copies of the two books in other countries as well--probably of no help to you either. Sorry.

One of a great many volumes of graded pedagogical pieces that was published during the Soviet years. I've not seen any of the previous fifteen (!!!) volumes from this series. I find these volumes interesting mostly because of the great variety of composers, nationalities, and folk musics that are represented (even including an English song in this one). This volume is particularly wide-reaching in its scope. If anyone's got those other fifteen, I'd love to check them out:
