Ivan Vasilievich Pokrovsky was born in 1876 and studied with N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov and S.V. Panchenko.

Thanks Nikita and Malcolm. Actully, the first place I checked was "The Tome" and I must have missed the entry. I did find it during a second look. Operator error on my part.

A search for Pokrovsky in google books also brings up a page in a book titled Expositions and Developments by Stravinsky and Craft where he mentions Pokrovsky.
