I'd love if anyone had copies of those ethnographic works (on Komi folk themes, etc...)...

We've seen a few works by this composer before, including a sonata on Vietnamese folk themes and some pieces for horn/piano (those under just her maiden name Nazarova):

Malcolm's been more than generous with Aleksey Muravlev. I couldn't find info on this composer with the same surname. This might actually belong in the Caucasus thread:

V. MURAVLEV
Pieces (2), for piano; 1. Prelude, 2. Folk Tune (Naigrysh)

Here's a volume that includes four piano sonatas, composed in the later years of this composer's career. A short bio is available at:

http://translate.googleusercontent.com/ ... JeuYz4zWZg

We've previously seen his fifth and final sonata, as well as one of his five sonatinas (I have not been able to find the other four, but they are likely in earlier editions of the state-published sonatina volumes that appeared during the 1970s).

Update: there's also a volume of songs (patriotic and otherwise) by this composer in the Russian vocal thread.

Does anybody have any piano pieces by Dmitri Solovyov (Solovev)? I'm especially interested in his sets of preludes.

I've found this posting by Alfor that has something by Solovev in the collection, but most likely not the preludes...

Here's a small subset of the collection from a volume of Soviet concert pieces. I'm not sure if the whole cycle has ever been published. I spotted a 'Tetrad 1' volume of preludes by this composer on Worldcat, but can't access it as it's from outside of my country. Here's the composer's bio:

Preludes (5) (from the cycle '25 preludes'), for piano (1977)
