Seems the publishers have a problem with the Opus numbers. We have op.43 as the First Rhapsody and also as the 2nd volume of the etudes.

(i made it with Finale using bulgarian edition from 1968
sorry, i can't translate exactly the name of the piece...
in french is something like : Autour du (au?) pays des nains
in english maybe something like : Around (in?) the land of the dwarves)

This piece is from Alec Rowley's From my sketch-book: ten short pieces, op.39. The title is From Dwarfland.
Apart from the above, the contents include:
In the maytime -- From dwarfland -- Loneliness -- The little cabaret -- Mr. Punch -- Mrs. Judy -- Columbine is sad -- In the train -- With pipe and tabor -- Good night!

I've never seen the entire book (published in 1932), just this piece.
