I don't know, but have you tried asking the youtube uploader? if that doesn't work, you can try an app like shazam, or you can download the video and re upload it with your account and see if the youtube bots scan the file and flag it for copyright by hitting on some similar commercial recording they have access to. beyond that, I'm not sure. You might try posting at unsung composers as well, maybe the kids at that sandbox know it

Attached please find “Adah” from Fairy Polka Rondos by “Wm. Iucho” –nms- (maybe named William; unknown composer, at least for me).
As I could read in the first page, was born 1850 and died in 1881.
It is an easy polka for fun.

So far as I known it is by the German born US-composer Wilhelm Iucho (1804-1880), who "modified" his first name to William.
Lived as a teacher in NY.

In the "The Art of Playing the Harpsichord" (Heck, Johann Caspar) there are 24 lessons without specifying the name of the composers. Please, help to recognize them.

Nothing really stands out as being recognisable. The blurb on IMSLP (I have replaced the file with the link) gives the publication date at around 1770, which concurs with the style of the pieces, My guess is that the composers would be mainly from England.

If you read this booklet carefully, you find some informations about the composers, e.g. page 30 "See No.22, 23 & 24 . The first compos'd by the celebrated Mr J.S . Bach ,
the 2'd by his Son Ph. Em. and the 3rd in the Overture by his Pupil Lu. Krebs."
