Alfred, thank you for the Wührer piece. I seem recall having another piece by him in my print library which I'm searching for now. Anyway, a lot going on in this short little piece. Thanks for posting!

Hans Hermanns (1870-1931). German composer, active in Berlin & Dresden. Not on IMSLP nor I think PP (I hope) !!

Sorry, this was an old and tatty photocopy - have tried to clean it as I scanned but not perfect (but didn't come out too bad either) !!

Typical - I hate scanning and wasting time if a copy is already out there. Just puzzled why it didn't pop up on a search ????? Thanks Alfor............an alternate copy, if nothing else. And curious about Hermann and Hermanns..........IMSLP has it as Hermann, and other biographical literature also as Hermann...........yet Worldcat and the score says Hermanns. So I stand corrected, although I do not think yourmessage is actually very polite or appropriate Alfor, a simple message would have sufficed.

Dear Malcolm, highly esteemed owner of this site,

p-l-e-a-s-e accept my apologies! I did not have the least intention to react impolitely, but was simply a bit puzzled and surprised that my old file had not been detected. I promise to give more attention to what I think is called „Netiquette“.
And you should know that I am among those who really appreciate what you are doing for music lovers worldwide!
So it is not only joking, when I am occasionally addressing you as „Sir“!

Most sincerely

Although I cannot open this link, I believe it is the same as the score appearing on IMSLP :
