Chow Shu - San.
Can someone find biographical information? I have a rare book of his arrangements of Chinese pieces that includes a photo and singed note from Rubinstein to him and among the arrangements is a really nice original, concert appropriate, piece called Dragon Dance (all others are transcriptions of traditional melodies and folk music, the forward says it is in the spirit of Bartok and folk melodies and Liszt Rhapsodies, etc.).
So it's out of print,
Chow, Shu San. Album of Chinese Piano Pieces ... Fingered and edited by Chow Shu San. Hong Kong: National Music Edition, 1968.
He may be alive, in which case i would not share the book per pp guidelines, but maybe just his Dragon Dance as permitted? Or just one
