Well to get started here is a link to a piano concerto by a costa rican composer in a Thesis that is online. 'There is also info on other composers from costa rica.

Here are two small pieces by Guatemalan composer Victor Wotzbeli, Aguilar. He was born in 1897 died in 1940.
There is record of about 15 pieces for piano, most of them small pieces such as fox trots and marches.
