Raoul Pugno was French, not Italian.
Anyway, Valse lente was already shared i this thread, Farandole was about to be shared by Musiclife. Pulcinelle was not.

Farandole is a typical dancing tune from Provence (south of France) and you are right it is not that far from the Italian Saltarella.
