What do you mean it's not a piano piece? It looks like a piano reduction to me...
This is the complete version of Elektra by the way, that has never been recorded. All the existing recordings are in the form of a symphonic suite, derived from the full work.

Meant to say that it is a klavieruittreksel (piano score) of an opera and not an original piano piece.
