Gillock died in 1993, so I suspect copyright still applies.

The Kjos edition with 5 pieces as edited by Keith Snell from 2009 is merely a selection. The original Legnick/Arthur P. Schmidt issue from 1908 comprised 10. Here are 2 I found. -nms-
