Ok Mballan, thank you again

Well, this is a message that I received today from a library in Budapest:
I recommend that you order an economic paper copy of this score, which includes 11 pages in total. It would cost 11×0.90 EUR=9.90 EUR in the original big format, or 11×0.60 EUR=6.60 EUR in A/4 format, excluding the additional costs such as the postage (6 EUR), the VAT (27 %) and the bank fee on our side (10 EUR). Or, you can order a digital copy for 11×2.50 EUR=27.50 EUR, plus the CD and the same additional costs.

So, in the first case, it will cost 32 eur, and in the second, it will cost 49 eur more or less.
Wouldnt' it be much easier, if they just send a digital copy of the score?

I quite agree.......think Berlin was cheaper ! Wait until I hear further from Berlin and then you can decide later if you wish to pursue with the Budapest library. I will be in touch as soon as I receive the score (you have my gmail address anyway).

Finally I got them!!! I'm so happy!! You're not going to believe this!! Yesterday I shared mails with half Europe, and today I received a mail from Mr Agghazy's grandson!!!!! One of the librarians from Budapest is in touch with him, so she gave him my mail. Very nice person, he sais he's very happy sharing this scores with us, and if we want some other he will be willing to share it!!! Unbeliavable!!!

Fantastic! Many thanks. Here's the Prelude in B&W with a minimal cleanup.

I did a search on "Bartok concerto" and only 6 listings.

I wonder is Bartok 3rd piano concerto is out of copyright?
Is there a scan somewhere?

I don't even remember seeing the scores, unlike his 1 and 2 PC.
