Albert Ketèlbey's prize winning ($100) Prelude Dramatique, extracted from the September1914 issue of the Etude Magazine from here:

Another Ketèlbey piece from The Etude magazine, his Prelude in C-sharp minor, Op.16 issued under the pseudonym of Anton Vodorinski. I'm surprised this hasn't sufaced before.
