lol I was not aware that Miramontes's music was not public domain though, perhaps my ignorance took over me...

However I decided to drop the idea by researching through his works because nowadays I found something that would be rather fundamental for me to research, just wondering if does someone knows the source from Manuel Ponce's Nocturne/ Notturno No.2 in manuscript or published score but afaik perhaps the piece itself remained unpublished in life.
I've been doing several attempts by researching it through other sources and the UNAM Mexican music catalogue and then it ended with a confusing conclusion though... If someone does know the source about it then it will help me a lot!

or maybe if someone has the contact from Hector Rojas (The pianist who recorded the complete Ponce works album) then it may help me as well.

finally I managed to obtain the 2nd Nocturne I was looking for!
